The ideal candidate will be able to design, implement, and scale complex data-oriented systems focused on automation and autonomous reasoning. **Strong technical skills in Python**, understanding of **agent architectures** and **LLMs** (Large Language Models), as well as experience integrating cloud services, APIs, and modern artificial intelligence frameworks are required. **Main Responsibilities** * **Design and develop AI agents** with reasoning, planning, and autonomous action capabilities. * Integrate language models **(OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Mistral**, etc.) via **APIs or specialized frameworks**. * Implement **pipelines** for orchestration, memory, tools, and reasoning chains (**LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, Pydantic AI**, or others). * Design robust and secure **APIs** using **frameworks** such as **FastAPI**, **Django**, or **Flask**. * Develop and maintain scalable **microservices** and integrations with databases and distributed systems. * **Collaborate with product**, data science, and DevOps teams to deploy and monitor AI solutions in production. * Participate in code reviews, technical mentorship, and definition of best practices. **Requirements** * More than 5 years of proven **experience** in **Python development**. * Experience in developing **AI agents or copilots** (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Pydantic AI, Microsoft Agent Framework, or equivalents). * Solid knowledge of **LLM architectures**, embeddings, RAG, and **generative AI tools**. * Experience with **cloud infrastructure** (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Experience with **SQL and NoSQL databases** (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.). * Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and good software engineering practices. * **Intermediate or advanced technical English** (reading and documentation). **Desirable** * Knowledge of MLOps or model deployment in production. * Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning language models. * Experience with event\-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.). * Experience in API\-first development and SDK design. **Compensation** * $45,000 monthly net * Statutory benefits * Direct contract with the company Job type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
