**Web Programmer – Frontend / Full Stack (León, Gto.)** **Location:** León, Guanajuato **Modality:** In-person (office with team) **Schedule:** Full-time **Monthly salary:** **$16,000 net** **Start date:** Immediate **JOB OBJECTIVE** Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and usability. Collaborate on frontend and backend development projects, actively contributing to the company’s continuous system improvement. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Implement and consume REST APIs. * Maintain and optimize existing applications. * Integrate backend services according to requirements. * Ensure code quality, security, and performance. * Participate in code reviews and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **REQUIREMENTS** * **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree** in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in web development (frontend or full stack). * Proficiency in: * JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML5, and CSS3 * Consuming REST APIs * Version control with Git * Preferred: knowledge of **PHP / Laravel, Vue.js, or Docker.** * Logical thinking, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset. **WE OFFER** * **Competitive monthly salary of $16,000 net.** * Dynamic and challenging projects using modern technologies. * Collaborative, flexible, and innovation-focused work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent workplace atmosphere and job stability.
