Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** ➢ Create the general matrix of required courses for each position in the organization ➢ Coordinate the induction of new personnel into the company, ensuring it is completed timely, properly, and with quality, as well as safeguarding related evidence ➢ Follow up on job-specific employee inductions and ensure evidence is properly maintained ➢ Lead and coordinate employee category change processes and manage supporting documentation ➢ Lead and ensure the annual review and update of job descriptions ➢ Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct training needs assessments and develop the annual training plan based on identified needs ➢ Develop, implement, and monitor, together with respective departments, training plans and training events required by customers, legal regulations, or internal policies, both internal and external, according to approved plans, and maintain records thereof ➢ Develop, implement, and monitor together with operations the training plan for operational staff based on the TWI methodology and measure the effectiveness of these trainings ➢ Ensure compliance with Mafact, corporate, ergonomic, and safety requirements within the training area ➢ Maintain the training dashboard and update indicators monthly ➢ Deliver HR-related training sessions ➢ Responsible for conducting audits specific to their area (STPS, IATF, ISO 14001, CCC, ECE, C\-TPAT, Safety, Mafact, and other applicable audits) ➢ Administration and follow-up of the STPS webpage (DC1,2,3,4 and 5\) ➢ Control training files and records ➢ Assign trainings according to positions through WorkDay ➢ Support coordination of departmental events ➢ Keep data of training service providers updated ➢ Comply with and ensure compliance with company policies ➢ Attend trainings/capacitations requested by the company timely and appropriately ➢ Coordinate the Dojo area to ensure, together with trainers, proper administration and necessary trainings for required personnel ➢ Responsible for administering and maintaining evidence in ILUO skills matrices **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
