Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:** Technical characteristics: * Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes for plastic parts. * GD\&T * Core tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA) * Proficiency with CMM software (Zeiss/Polyworks is a plus) * Generation and analysis of measurement reports * Programming and operation of industrial robots (ABB is a plus) * Programming in RAPID (ABB language is a plus) * 3D scanning and point cloud processing * Statistical control and point cloud analysis * Proficiency with SPC, GR\&R, repeatability and reproducibility analysis * Ability to detect process deviations and communicate them * Safety protocols for robot operation * Safety regulations for measurement equipment **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
