GRUPO ER / ELECTRO RAMSA We invite you to join our team as a **PROJECT LEADER** **JOB DESCRIPTION** Coordinate and manage projects from quotation to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Identify customer needs, develop competitive proposals, close sales, supervise teams and subcontractors, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to guarantee project success. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Identifying customer needs * Planning and managing projects by defining schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Supervising and coordinating the project team, managing subcontractors and required services to meet project requirements. * Ensuring quality control and project administration, maintaining accurate records on technological platforms and complying with the Quality Management System (QMS). * Maintaining effective communication with customers, providing continuous support and collecting feedback to improve satisfaction and generate new business opportunities. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Use of AutoCAD 2D for drawing review. or Unit price analysis and budget preparation. * Knowledge of construction regulations. or Familiarity with hydrosanitary installations, water treatment, and civil works. * Use of technological platforms (Intelisis, More,, Multi\-Servicio, desirable). **WE OFFER:** **Salary: $16,000 to $18,000 net** **Statutory and above-statutory benefits** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
