We are a company dedicated to the design, development, and production of metal structures for electrical transmission; metal structures for infrastructure in the telecommunications and building sectors. **We invite you to join our team as:** Engineering Manager **Position Objective.** Oversee and manage the detailed execution of structural engineering projects in telecommunications, transmission, and construction, ensuring calculation accuracy, compliance with applicable regulations (CFE, AISC, AWS, TIA, etc.), and technical quality of drawings, material lists, and documentation. Coordinate the structural engineering team to ensure complete, reviewed, and timely deliverables, providing continuous technical support to manufacturing and field operations. **Your main responsibilities:** * Plan and assign workloads to the structural engineering team. * Supervise the development of structural calculations, technical designs, and drawings. * Validate technical deliverables before release to manufacturing or site. * Coordinate internal and external reviews with other departments and clients. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations and quality standards. * Meet deadlines and maintain the quality of department deliverables. * Ensure designs are safe, functional, and constructible. * Provide technical support for queries or conflicts arising during manufacturing or construction. * Identify and mitigate technical risks in projects. **What you need to join our team:** * **Education:** Civil Engineer (degree and professional license). * **Language:** Intermediate to advanced English. * **Minimum experience:** 5 years in structural design, with at least 3 years in leadership or technical coordination roles. * **Technical knowledge:** * Design and calculation of metal structures. * Interpretation of structural analysis software results and CAD/BIM tools. * Knowledge of CFE, AISC, AWS, TIA, and other applicable standards. * Manufacturing and assembly processes of metal structures.
