




WE ARE HIRING DUE TO GROWTH: Administrative Assistant Specialist in Insurance (Property, Home, and Business Lines) Position Objective Provide administrative and operational support in managing the insurance portfolio for property, home, and business lines, ensuring timely follow-up on procedures, renewals, quotations, and customer service to maintain service quality and insured satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Policy Management Follow up on renewals and issuance of policies in the property, home, and business lines. Functions: Review and verify policy data before and after issuance. Request and follow up on modifications, endorsements, and cancellations. Quotations Prepare and compare quotes across different insurers, among others. Analyze coverages, exclusions, and conditions to select the most competitive options. Present agents or executives with a clear comparison for decision-making. Customer Service Address insured customers' inquiries and administrative requests. Coordinate with insurers to resolve administrative issues. Maintain constant communication with clients to confirm document receipt and approval. Administrative Procedures Manage payments, receipts, and invoices related to policies. Monitor the status of pending procedures on insurer portals. Control and Follow-up Keep customer and policy databases updated. Generate reports on upcoming, pending, and issued renewals. Document processes and standardize procedures to optimize time. Operational Support Prepare complete files for clients and insurers. Coordinate digital and physical delivery of policies and documents. Assist in organizing digital archives and backups. Required Profile Education: Completed high school or technical/administrative degree (preferred). Experience: Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in property insurance. Desirable: Direct work experience at an insurance company. Experience preparing and analyzing quotes from multiple insurers. Knowledge and familiarity with insurer portals and processes for issuance, renewal, endorsements, and cancellations. Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Office suite (intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to quickly learn insurer systems and platforms. Time management and organizational skills. Clear communication and courteous interaction with customers and providers. Attention to detail and consistent follow-up. Personal Competencies: Responsibility and commitment.
