Accurately record in information systems the result codes of phone interactions, as well as schedule credit appointments in the CRM to extract necessary and vital information for department reporting. Keep updated the database of contact center operations, including updating customer data for better outreach across various campaigns. Carry out consumer credit placements through end-to-end digital origination to improve customer experience without requiring branch visits.
