Start date: **Q3\-2025** **Job objectives** Perform calibrations, verifications and preventive/corrective maintenance on flow, pressure and temperature measurement instruments, and other industrial process variables (level, density, viscosity, velocity, light intensity, etc.), both in laboratory and field environments. Participate in the preparation of certificates according to NMX\-EC\-17025, collaborate in improving metrological processes, and ensure traceability, accuracy and quality of the services provided. **Main requirements:** **Education:** * Engineering degree (graduated, preferably, or near graduation) in Metrology, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Control and Automation, Instrumentation, Physics-Mathematics or related fields. **Professional experience:** * Minimum 2 to 3 years of specific experience in calibration of instrumentation for **flow**, **pressure** and **temperature**, and other industrial process variables (level, density, viscosity, velocity, light intensity, etc.). * Desirable experience as a signatory or holding signatory authority. **Essential knowledge:** * Calibration methods by volumetric transfer (gravimetric, volumetric). * Estimation and calculation of measurement uncertainty according to GUM. * Interpretation and application of the NMX\-EC\-17025 standard and associated technical documentation. * Applicable national regulations for volumetric control (NOMs, CRE, ASEA, etc.). * Operation of **Flow Calibration Skid** (skill will be evaluated). * Operation and knowledge in handling **Digital Pressure Gauges** for pressure measurement (skill will be evaluated). * Application and proficient use of **Temperature Baths** (skill will be evaluated). * Industrial flow instrumentation: electromagnetic, ultrasonic, coriolis, turbine, among others. As well as pressure and temperature measurement instruments, and other industrial process variables (level, density, viscosity, velocity, light intensity, etc.). * Industrial communication protocols: HART, MODBUS, Ethernet, EtherCAT, 4\-20 mA and 3\-15 psi signals, etc. * Intermediate/advanced Excel and data acquisition software. * Technical English (reading and interpretation of manuals). **Skills and competencies:** * Attention to detail and manual precision. * Field technical problem-solving. * Clear and structured technical writing. * Commitment, proactivity and decision-making. * Teamwork, effective communication and service attitude. * Adaptability, responsibility and willingness to continuously learn. * Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and valid Class B driver's license. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform calibrations of liquid flow, pressure and temperature meters, and other industrial process variables, both in the field and laboratory. * Prepare and review technical certificates and reports according to internal procedures and the 17025 standard. * Perform preventive maintenance on flow, pressure and temperature reference standards and instruments, and other industrial process variables (level, density, viscosity, velocity, light intensity, etc.). * Comply with industrial safety protocols during interventions. * Transport, safeguard and operate reference equipment properly. * Detect and report technical deviations in own and customer equipment. * Support documentation, administrative tasks and laboratory continuous improvement activities. **Additional requirements:** * Valid **driver's license** Class B. * Experience driving vans or trucks up to 3\.5 tons (or larger). * Availability to travel within the country (**70% of working time**).
