Job Description Professional with more than 3.5 years of experience leading technology and digital transformation projects. Will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering software projects and cloud solutions (AWS), ensuring compliance with scope, time, quality, and budget. Will work directly with clients, technical teams, and management to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage the complete project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, designers, and solution architects). Create and maintain schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Manage project risks, changes, and dependencies. Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements. Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate follow-up meetings, retrospectives, and executive reports. Apply agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and hybrid frameworks (PMI-Agile). Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3.5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software environments. Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and traditional project management. Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Confluence. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1). Desirable Certifications PMI-PMP or CAPM (completed or in progress). Scrum Master or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). AWS Partner Accreditation (optional).
