We are seeking a design architect: Responsibilities: · Develop architectural projects. · Design drawings, renders, and 3D models for proposal presentations. · Coordinate with engineering and other disciplines involved in the project. · Participate in meetings with different related departments to present and adjust proposals. · Collaborate with the cost and budgeting department to ensure the feasibility of designed solutions. Profile: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. · Experience: minimum of 2 years in project development. · Knowledge: construction regulations, design software. · Skills: creativity, innovation, effective communication, and teamwork. · Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
