WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Description

**We are looking for you to ensure the proper administration, control, and flow of materials within the warehouse—optimizing space, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.** **Required Education and Experience:** * *Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.* * *Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution.* * *Proficiency in ERP systems or inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).* * *Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, inventory control, and best storage practices (FIFO, LIFO, etc.).* * *Desirable: Supervisory experience over operational staff* **Knowledge** Of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as: * Order picking and dispatch timeliness * Inventory turnover rate * Compliance with safety standards and zero incidents * Storage space utilization **Core Competencies** * Operational leadership and teamwork * Organization, planning, and attention to detail * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement * Effective communication and service-oriented attitude toward other departments * Analytical ability to interpret inventory data and metrics **Main Responsibilities** \- Plan, coordinate, and supervise receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch of materials, equipment, or finished products. \- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts. \- Implement and maintain physical or digital control and traceability systems. \- Supervise proper identification, labeling, and placement of materials. \- Manage material receipts and issuances in the ERP system or inventory software, ensuring reconciliation with physical documents. \- Support the logistics department in order preparation, packaging, and shipment. \- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. \- Propose continuous improvements to storage and inventory control processes to optimize time, space, and costs.
