




Job Description: A key member of the work team in electrical installation projects. Works under the direct supervision of a qualified electrician, providing support in various tasks ranging from material preparation to assistance in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. Responsibilities and Duties: Installation assistance: Help the electrician in installing wiring, conduits, pipes, junction boxes, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Material preparation: Gather, transport, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for electrical work, ensuring they are available at the job site. Cable pulling: Assist in pulling and routing cables through walls, ceilings, floors, and conduits, using proper techniques and following safety regulations. Fixture assembly: Collaborate in assembling junction boxes, electrical panels, switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical accessories, following the electrician's instructions. Basic maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as equipment cleaning, visual inspection of connections, and re-tightening terminals. Safety: Strictly comply with electrical safety rules and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure personal and team member safety. Cleanliness and organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of obstacles, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. Tool usage: Properly use basic hand and power tools, such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, drills, measuring tapes, etc. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with the electrician and other team members. Required specific knowledge: Basic electrical knowledge: Understanding of basic concepts such as voltage, current, resistance, electrical circuits, types of cables, and electrical protections. Ability to follow instructions: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as basic electrical diagrams and blueprints. Physical condition: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, working at heights, confined spaces, and standing for long periods. Attention to detail: Precision and care when handling materials and tools to avoid errors and accidents. Willingness to learn: Openness to learning new skills and knowledge under the supervision of qualified electricians. Teamwork Requirements: Gender indifferent Age 24 to 40 Degree in industrial mechanics, technical training in electromechanics, or related fields. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience. Excellent project management skills. Supervision of compliance with internal work regulations and industrial safety standards.
