Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Capital Generalist to manage personnel processes, recruitment and selection, and labor relations. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred. * Must reside in Celaya. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proven experience in personnel administration, **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION**, especially for **FIELD SALES STAFF**, and labor relations. * Vehicle ownership preferred. Responsibilities and Functions: * Ensure assigned processes are executed timely and accurately (hiring, termination, promotions, transfers, salary increases, personnel files, etc.). * Act as a mediator in situations between employees and their direct supervisors. * Manage administrative/legal matters: (complete personnel files, resignation letters, settlement agreements, medical leave documents, labor lawsuits). * Maintain up-to-date headcount (HC) information. * Keep clients informed about new processes, changes, or operational issues (Internal Communication). * **Responsible for the entire recruitment process (job posting, interviews, hiring).** * Schedule, coordinate logistics, and manage attendance for training sessions. * Administer a team of 150 people.
