AUTOMOTIVE SALES TRAINER

Job Summary: This role focuses on training, reinforcing knowledge, and integrating new sales advisors as well as existing staff in products and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Product, sales, and customer service training. 2. Brand induction and onboarding. 3. Knowledge reinforcement and team integration activities. OBJECTIVE: * CONTRIBUTE TO THE EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT LEARNING OF NEW SALES ADVISORS AS WELL AS REINFORCE THE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL EMPLOYEES. ACTIVITIES: * Product, sales process, and customer service training. * Brand onboarding and induction. * Daily training sessions on topics based on KPIs, evaluations, and evidence collection. * Team integration and knowledge reinforcement activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum age of 27 years. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, completed or incomplete Automotive Engineering, or related field. * Automotive knowledge and passion for cars are essential and highly desirable. * Knowledge of the NISSAN brand is essential and highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Quick learner, proactive, and effective communicator. * Familiarity with learning tools. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $8,306.20 - $10,287.80 per month Work Location: On-site employment
