Job Summary: Professional with experience in payroll management, taxes, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and high-volume processing, possessing analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll, tax, and labor compliance management 2. Payroll calculation and validation, earnings and deductions 3. Generation of comparative reports and variance analysis Experience: Payroll, Payroll Taxes, IMSS, INFONAVIT (minimum 3 years), high-volume payroll processing (for 300+ employees), under multiple employer registration schemes. Knowledge: Advanced Excel, NOI, IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, and REPSE **Competencies**: Numerical aptitude, analytical ability, sense of urgency and problem-solving, organization, order and follow-up, reporting to Management. **Job Responsibilities:** \-Incident management (review and validate project incidents aligned with attendance controls). · Payroll calculation and validation, earnings and deduction control (ISR, IMSS, FONACOT, INFONAVIT), and correct payroll receipt stamping. \-Execute and control employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in IDSE. Monthly calculation and reconciliation of worker-employer contributions in SUA against amounts determined in the issuance (EMA/EBA). \- Input data into SUA, generate capture lists for payment, and perform necessary reconciliations against paid payrolls. · Determine payment of the Tax on Expenditures (ISN) in accordance with Mexico City legislation. · Prepare severance and settlement calculations promptly to avoid litigation risks, ensuring correct ISR withholding upon separation. · Generate comparative reports on payroll and benefits costs by project, and variance analysis for Management. \- Generate and deliver to the Administrator and Management, within the first five days of each month, compliance opinions regarding IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Payroll Tax obligations. · Reconciliation and month-end accounting closing vs. payroll Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
