Collaboration in seeking new clients and business opportunities **Administrative Assistant** **Job Description and Objective:** To comprehensively manage SEMT's Human Resources processes: recruitment and selection, onboarding and personnel file management, contract preparation, attendance and vacation tracking, coordination of coverage for absences, uniform management, and support for staff self-training via the SEMT Asiste platform (asiste.semt.com.mx). Contributes to fulfilling labor obligations under the Federal Labor Law, supports client relations regarding specialized outsourcing service presentations and ambulance transfers, and collaborates in seeking new clients and business opportunities for SEMT, per directives from the General Management. **Requirements:** Technical high school diploma in Administration or related field. Technical degree/TSU in Human Resources or Administration. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Desired experience: 6 months – 1 year in HR, recruitment, or personnel administration. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Days off: Saturday and Sunday. **Salary:** $9,500.00 net monthly. Statutory benefits. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract, with a 3-month probationary period.
