Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate service and contract operations, ensuring compliance with protocols, resource optimization, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate investigations and support quality audits Supervise and coordinate operations across various services and contracts within the region. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Security, Administration, Criminology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.** * **Specialization in corporate security or operational management is desirable.** * **5 years of verifiable experience in private security operations or similar positions.** * **Verifiable experience managing operational personnel (guards, JS, JT, Coordinators, Supervisors).** * **Experience administering multiple services.** * **Knowledge of private security regulations.** * **Valid driver’s license.** * **Willingness to travel.** **Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with instructions, security protocols, and applicable legal regulations. Manage and optimize human, material, and financial resources. Ensure coverage, training, and performance of operational personnel and their mid-level supervisors. Maintain direct communication with key clients, address requirements, and ensure service levels. Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce risks. Analyze performance indicators and generate executive reports. Manage regional budgets and ensure contract profitability. Coordinate internal investigations and response to critical incidents. Support quality audit and certification processes.
