We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead and organize a team of 25 people in the heavy iron casting area. The primary responsibility will be shift management, ensuring expected production output, high quality of work performed, and smooth operation of all personnel under supervision. Duties include planning and direct supervision of the team, coordination of welding tasks, assembly of metal structures, and boiler-making activities. It is essential to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines, established quality standards, and current safety regulations. Furthermore, efficient use of materials and resources available during the shift must be monitored, technical support provided, any incidents arising promptly resolved, and results reported to the Production Manager. An initial six-month contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Working hours will follow a rotating three-shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The initial annual gross salary ranges between €40,000 and €42,000, plus allowances, and will be adjusted according to the candidate’s experience.
