Network infrastructure and point-of-sale system support **People And Growth is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Irapuato, Guanajuato** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are currently recruiting an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support across various service stations (gas stations) of a major company in the sector. Main Responsibilities: * Respond to and resolve hardware and software technical incidents * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment * Provide support for network infrastructure administration and operation * Support point-of-sale systems (kiosks) * Manage users, access rights, and permissions across various systems * Perform data backups and data recovery procedures Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support * Knowledge of: * Computer equipment support * Networking (basic configuration and diagnostics) * Operating systems (Windows and basic Linux knowledge) * CCTV maintenance * Software application support * Competencies: * Effective communication * Problem-solving * Analytical ability * Teamwork Additional Requirements: * Valid driver's license * Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles * Willingness to travel between various locations within the region Additional Information: * Salary: $16,500 gross monthly.
