We are a 100% Mexican company with over 50 years of experience in retail trade and presence in more than 50 cities across the country, comprising the department stores Del Sol and Woolworth, the Locura boutiques, and the Noreste Grill and Café W restaurants. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Manager. **Position Objective:** Lead, organize, and control administrative departments in accordance with the organization’s standards for service and profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure and implement administrative policies across all departments, establishing and meeting objectives. * Supervise department heads’ activities to meet established objectives and budget. * Analyze monthly results, validate them, and redefine improvement actions that contribute to enhanced performance. * Supervise the execution of controls and operational processes related to safeguarding and maintaining the integrity of assets managed by the store (petty cash, cash, and deposit documents), ensuring they are performed daily and promptly. **Work Location: Historic Downtown.** Availability to work during standard business hours.
