Key Responsibilities: 1. First point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors. 2. Logistical support for courses, fairs, and graduation ceremonies. 3. Management of social media accounts and student prospecting. We seek an organized, responsible individual with outstanding service orientation to serve as an **Administrative Receptionist**, acting as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, while also supporting administrative and operational activities at the campus. **Core Responsibilities:** * Receive payments for enrollments, monthly fees, etc. (perform daily cash reconciliation). * Update databases and payment receipts. * Provide logistical support for courses, fairs, and graduation ceremonies. * Manage the Institute’s social media accounts. * Document practical classes held on campus. * Conduct student prospecting in the field and via social media. * Request supplies or teaching materials. * Attend meetings via Google Meet. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administrative fields. * Skills: Friendly demeanor and strong service orientation. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a receptionist or in customer service. * Proficiency in using PCs. **Work Schedule:** * Tuesdays–Fridays: 9:00–17:00 * Saturdays and Sundays: 08:30–15:30 * Mondays off * Interested in joining our team?
