We seek an organized, responsible individual with excellent service attitude to serve as an **Administrative Receptionist**, acting as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, while also supporting administrative and operational activities at the campus. **Core Responsibilities:** * Receiving payments for enrollments, monthly fees, etc. (performing daily cash reconciliation). * Updating databases and payment receipts. * Supporting logistics for courses, job fairs, and graduation ceremonies. * Managing the Institute’s social media accounts. * Capturing evidence (photos/videos) of practical classes held on campus. * Student prospecting in the field and on social media. * Requesting supplies or teaching materials. * Attending meetings via Google Meet. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in administrative fields. * Skills: Friendly demeanor and service-oriented attitude * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a receptionist or in customer service. * Proficient computer skills **Work Schedule:** * Tuesday \- Friday, 9:00 AM \- 5:00 PM * Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 AM \- 3:30 PM * Mondays off *Interested in joining our team?
