




OBJECTIVES * Answer and route incoming calls to the switchboard, as well as receive customers, suppliers, and personnel visiting the Distributor. 2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive and answer telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate service advisor. * Receive and forward messages. * Receive and assist customers arriving at the agency for service assistance. * Make long-distance and mobile phone calls, maintaining a daily record to meet objectives. * Prepare daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports on long-distance and mobile phone calls. * Provide support in the reception area with administrative tasks. 3.
