General Information * Position: Warehouse Supervisor * Department: Logistics / Warehouse * Reports to: Operations Manager or Logistics Head * Supervises: Warehouse Assistants Position Objective Ensure proper management and control of inventory for materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services, guaranteeing availability, orderliness, and efficiency in the warehouse. Responsibilities and Duties 1\. Inventory Management: * Monitor incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment. * Conduct periodic inventories to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Record and update movements in the inventory system. 2\. Storage and Organization: * Maintain a tidy warehouse with efficient layout. * Classify materials by type and frequency of use. 3\. Supply and Distribution: * Prepare and deliver materials to technicians according to service requirements. * Coordinate returns and stock replenishment. 4\. Procurement and Supplier Management: * Coordinate with the procurement department for inventory replenishment. * Monitor quality and quantity of received goods. 5\. Safety and Compliance: * Ensure compliance with safety regulations for handling and storing materials. * Manage waste and obsolete materials responsibly.
