




* Plan and organize warehouse operations, defining material flows, space, resources, and delivery times. * Coordinate the receipt of raw materials and supplies with procurement, verifying quantities, quality, and documentation. * Supervise the proper placement and storage of materials and finished products, applying inventory rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and good preservation practices. * Ensure inventory accuracy through daily controls, reconciliations, and periodic audits between ERP systems and physical stock. * Develop and analyze warehouse performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results to plant management. * Supervise order preparation and dispatch, ensuring accuracy, delivery times, and satisfaction of internal or external customers. * Coordinate with production and logistics regarding material and product availability, preventing delays in production plans. * Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, assigning responsibilities, evaluating performance, and promoting continuous training. * Implement and supervise the safe use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, shelves, and racks. * Apply and ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and risk prevention procedures. * Control the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products according to quality specifications. * Manage operational incidents and coordinate corrective actions for shortages, delays, or logistical problems. * Supervise product labeling, recording, and traceability in ERP systems, ensuring data consistency. * Maintain work areas clean, organized, and free of obstacles, promoting safety and efficiency. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans for warehouse equipment and infrastructure. * Control and minimize losses and waste, proposing resource optimization strategies and cost reduction. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and warehouse process optimization. * Implement and supervise warehouse internal policies, procedures, and standards. * Coordinate staff training on equipment handling, ERP, safety, and good storage practices. * Prepare and present periodic warehouse performance reports to plant management. * Participate in strategic planning of warehouse capacity and resources. * Supervise the receipt and handling of returns or non-conforming materials, ensuring registration and corrective actions. * Maintain constant communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to labor, safety, and industrial hygiene within the warehouse.
