Maximize available capacity in production areas through capacity planning to meet production program requirements. Participate in logistics and maintenance activities to support the production plan. Coordinate, manage, and execute required actions to meet production program targets. Ensure availability of supplies, spare parts, and tooling through the procurement system to guarantee operational continuity. Ensure compliance with operational process parameters. Manage and supervise assigned personnel (payroll, vacations, certification), as well as all DEACERO continuous improvement and development processes. * **Language:** English, B1 .
