Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Marketing and Social Media Assistant to generate authentic project-based content, manage social media accounts, and support advertising campaigns, with a strong emphasis on fieldwork. On-site content creation with autonomy and flexibility. **Marketing and Social Media Assistant** We are looking for someone to manage our social media accounts and produce authentic content from our projects. The role is hands-on: visiting construction sites, taking photos and videos, editing them, and publishing them across our platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our website). **Main Responsibilities** * Social media management (posting, responding to messages and comments). * Visiting construction sites to photograph and film ongoing processes and completed installations. * Content editing (short-form videos such as Reels/TikTok and photos). * Publishing content on social media and our website. * Supporting advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads). * Weekly content planning (what will be posted and when). * Preparing a weekly activity and results report. **Requirements** * Proficiency in basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or similar). * General familiarity with social media platforms. * Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta and Google). * Strong spelling and simple writing skills. * Ability to use digital tools and adapt to new ones (AI, platforms, etc.). **Tools We Use** * CapCut * Metricool * Meta Business Suite * Google Analytics (basic) * Cloudinary * Website (Namecheap) * Equipment: drone, Mac Mini, cutting plotter **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Responsible and capable of executing assigned tasks. * Organized with respect to deadlines. * Proactive in learning new tools. * Available to travel to construction sites. * Valid driver’s license. * Flexible schedule (due to on-site filming requirements). **Important Note** This is not an office-only position. Frequent on-site visits are required to produce authentic project-based content.
