**Salary:** 3,500.00 (MXN) - 3,800.00 (MXN) per week Job Description: Objective: Ensure compliance with **safety, occupational health, and risk prevention** regulations on site by supervising that all activities are carried out under safe conditions to prevent accidents and protect personnel, facilities, and equipment. Key Functions and Responsibilities: * **Supervise compliance with safety regulations** across all activities on the construction site. * **Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)** by staff and contractors. * **Conduct daily inspection rounds** to identify unsafe conditions or acts. * **Prepare safety and incident reports** for events occurring on site. * **Investigate accidents or incidents** and propose corrective actions. * **Deliver safety talks (5-minute talks)** at the start of each work shift. * **Coordinate signage for hazardous areas** on site. * **Supervise high-risk activities**, such as: * working at heights, hot work, excavations, and load lifting * **Control work permits** for critical activities. * **Coordinate emergency response teams** (first aid, evacuation, fire suppression). * **Ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements.** * **Follow up on internal or external safety audits.** * **Maintain records of staff safety training.** * **Education:** * Technical degree in industrial safety, paramedicine, civil protection, or engineering. **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in construction site safety.
