Leads the team to deliver a consistent client experience and promote profitable business growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or Finance (in progress or completed) OR completed high school education. Knowledge of existing regulations. AMIB certification. Minimum three years’ experience in the financial sector. Experience in other segments (Retail, Premier, Advance). Knowledge of financial mathematics. Maximize performance of direct reports. Strengthening client relationships. Identifying and developing new business opportunities. Working hours: Monday to Saturday. Team management. Training of branch executives.
