Comprehensive project management with quality and safety control **VACANCY: CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT – EXPERIENCE IN BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION (RIR)** A construction company is seeking a **Construction Resident** with extensive experience in **Road Infrastructure Projects (RIR)** and **vehicular and pedestrian bridge construction**. **Required Qualifications and Experience:** * Minimum of **4 to 6 years** of experience as a Construction Resident in **bridges, vehicular overpasses (RIR), railway works, or major structures**. * Experience with **deep foundations**: piles, piers, pile caps, footings, retaining walls. * Supervision of **substructure and superstructure work**, including steel reinforcement, mass concrete pours, beam installation, precast elements, and steel structures. * Proficiency in **geometry and alignment**, leveling, topographic control, and drawing review. * Full project management: **activity planning, progress monitoring, estimates, generators, unit price analysis (UPA)**, and technical reports. * Contractor and crew management, quality control, and verification of compliance with **SCT standards and current technical specifications**. * Use of **electronic logbooks**, photographic reports, document control, and deliverable tracking. * Knowledge of **safety and hygiene procedures**, risk analysis, and coordination with safety departments. * Immediate availability and willingness to work 100% on-site. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * CAMPING FACILITIES **Location:** San Juan Martín, Celaya Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $5,500\.00 per week Work Location: In person
