




Job Summary: This role involves administrative tasks, HR support, and documentation control, focusing on personnel management and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of work-related risk and disability forms 2. Pre-payroll preparation and attendance control 3. Control of documents and records of the department **Education:** * Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related field (completed) **Knowledge:** * Tracking and safeguarding work-related risk and disability forms * Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, INFONAVIT Law * Microsoft Office Suite **Responsibilities:** * Attendance reporting. * Preparation of staff pre\-payroll. * Control of documents and records generated by the department. * Registration of workforce on site or project, including entry and exit, supporting the issuance of entry and exit passes or official letters for teams and materials. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in a refinery (most recent employment credentials/letters of recommendation) **IMPORTANT** **Requirements:** * Responsible * Availability of time * Valid driver's license/Ability to drive Employment type: Full-time Salary: $3,500\.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
