Job Summary: Tractor-trailer driving instructor responsible for technical training of operators, administering driving tests, and on-road supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of tractor-trailer driving skills and regulatory knowledge Flensa, a leading cargo transportation company, is seeking: TRACTOR-TRAILER OPERATOR INSTRUCTOR (FIELD AND CLASSROOM) The position is located in Villagrán, Gto. Job Requirements: Required Education: Bachelor's degree. Two years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of SCT regulations and standards. Proficiency in operating single-axle tractor-trailers (double-articulated tractor-trailers preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid federal Class E driver’s license (for double-articulated vehicles); instructor certification (preferred). Job Responsibilities: Administer driving tests to tractor-trailer operators. Plan, deliver, and monitor technical training courses for operators and other personnel requiring instruction on topics including operation, defensive driving, road safety, logbooks, and service circle (practical component). Administer driving tests. Conduct on-road supervision trips to evaluate operator performance, safety, and vehicle efficiency. Knowledge of driving techniques, familiarity with Euro V and VI engine regulations, and file management. Track and manage driver’s license expiration dates. Effectively manage diverse groups. Utilize training tools to enhance operator performance. Work 50% in the field and 50% in the office. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: 28 years or older
