Position Summary: We are seeking a temporary Purchasing Assistant to manage the procurement of raw materials, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of critical supplies. Collaborates with production and logistics teams We are looking for a temporary Purchasing Assistant for Molino Operator to join our team immediately. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of verifiable purchasing experience. Own means of transportation to commute to the company. Relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience in negotiation and ERP system usage. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary for the efficient operation of our business. Your role will involve supplier analysis, price and terms negotiation, and order and delivery tracking. You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date inventory and ensuring the availability of critical supplies. Additionally, you must collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve any supply-related issues and efficiently manage purchasing processes. Previous experience in purchasing, supplier management, and negotiation is required. You must possess strong organizational and effective communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve problems. Analytical and decision-making abilities, as well as teamwork capability, are highly valued.
