Promoting order, discipline, and safety in operations Position: Junior Operations Coordinator · A courier company seeks a Junior Operations Coordinator to support supervision and execution of the department’s operational activities. · Position Purpose: Ensure correct daily operational execution by coordinating the operational team and tracking logistics processes, incidents, and KPI compliance, guaranteeing service quality and on-time delivery. · Main Responsibilities: Support in coordinating and monitoring operational staff. Monitoring of logistics operations and incident resolution. Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines. Support implementation of operational improvements. Monitor shift productivity and performance. Preparation of operational reports. Identification and reporting of operational incidents. Support in staff training and follow-up. Promote order, discipline, and safety in operations. Monitoring of KPIs. · Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (graduated or intern). Minimum 1 year of experience in operations (preferably in courier or logistics services). Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Own transportation. Basic/Intermediate English (desirable). · We Offer: Gross monthly salary of $16,000 to $18,000 (based on experience). Meal vouchers: 10% of base salary.
