The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with skills in team management, problem solving, and process optimization, ensuring smooth plant operations. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Degree or Technical Superior University (TSU) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Maintenance, or related field. * Language: Intermediate English. * Profile: Proactive, ethically responsible, leadership-oriented, with extensive knowledge of cutting machinery. TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: * Problem solving * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Leadership * Effective communication * Teamwork * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure proper operation of electrical installations, equipment, and production machines. * Organize and control spare parts inventory according to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical components, and machinery requirements. * Manage the spare parts warehouse to guarantee supply for machines operating continuously, as well as for corrective and predictive maintenance; monitor and minimize warehouse spare parts costs in line with objectives. * Develop and ensure effective implementation of the preventive and predictive maintenance plan. * Ensure proper operation of the company’s electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and production equipment. * Guarantee correct installation of new machines and equipment. * Supervise electrical and pneumatic connections and necessary equipment installations during layout changes. * Supervise external service providers contracted for general maintenance work.
