




Mexican company dedicated to providing design and maintenance services for industrial plants and commercial buildings is seeking: **Human Resources Manager** **Main Responsibilities** * Manage recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and administrative personnel. * Manage employment contracts, personnel files, registrations, terminations, and personnel movements with the relevant authorities. * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and the company’s internal policies. * Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development. * Monitor performance evaluations and competency-based assessments. * Address workplace climate, internal communication, and labor relations matters. * Support the implementation of employee wellness, occupational safety, and health programs. * Prepare HR reports, metrics, and administrative controls for the department. * Participate in aligning HR processes with the ESR Distinction and organizational best practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in industrial or construction companies). * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, payroll processes, hiring procedures, and personnel administration. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Ability to work effectively with operational and administrative staff.
