Job Summary: Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, including equipment adjustment, motor and hydraulic system repair, and support in electrical tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Machinery shredder and cutter maintenance 2. Hydraulic systems and pump repair and maintenance 3. Electrical task support and completion of maintenance routines Electromechanical Technician Work Location: Apaseo el Grande Responsibilities: 1\. Adjustment of shredding or cutting machines. 2\. Sharpening blades for cutting machines. 3\. Maintenance of cutting machines (models G.J and OV). 4\. Installation and replacement of transmission chains. 5\. Maintenance of gear reducers. 6\. Replacement of drive and driven sprockets, both Intralox and iron types. 7\. Comitrol preparation, including assembly of 100-, 200-, and 80-blade heads. 8\. Unclogging chlorination pipes. 9\. Replacement and repair of Intralox belt modules. 10\. Replacement of all types of bearings. 11\. Adjustment of speeds to control screen vibration. 12\. Replacement of bushings and ball bearings on vibrator eccentric shafts. 13\. Replacement of screen springs. 14\. Support for on-duty electricians. 15\. Replacement of transmission belts. 16\. Replacement of water pipes. 17\. Repair and maintenance of water pumps. 18\. Repair of hydraulic motors. 19\. Replacement of hydraulic hoses. 20\. Installation of rollers for spinach processing. 21\. Maintenance of carrot peeling machines. 22\. Hydraulic reservoir oil inspection and replacement. 23\. • Completion of plant preventive maintenance routines. • Completion of work orders. 24\. Maintenance of refrigeration tunnels and blanchers. 25\. Attendance at training sessions and taking related exams. 26\. • Compliance with and enforcement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food quality and safety policies. • Reporting of any incident or unusual occurrence affecting product quality and safety.
