Job Summary: We are seeking a Cultural Events Manager to develop, coordinate, and execute cultural activations and experiences at the shopping center, while maintaining relationships with suppliers and talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. Event development and monthly cultural programming design. 2. Logistics, supplier, and talent management for large-scale events. 3. Creation of diverse activations and experiences tailored to various niches. SHOPPING CENTER \- PLAZA CIBELES located in Irapuato We are searching for top talent for the position of: "Cultural Events Manager" Profile: * Bachelor’s degree with diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Relations, or related field. * Negotiation skills, supplier follow-up, logistics management for large-scale events, and budgeting. * Strong communication, teamwork, organization, customer service, honesty, and commitment. * Proven 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably organizing cultural events, managing permits or administrative procedures for brand or artist appearances, scheduling and advertising design, and ability to build and maintain professional contacts within the industry. * Availability to cover required working hours and travel; preference given to candidates residing in Irapuato; relocation from another state or city is at the candidate’s own expense. Responsibilities: * Design and execution of diverse activations and experiences targeting different market segments within the shopping center. * Content monitoring aligned with local community trends. * Event logistics supporting seasonal celebrations and thematic environments. * Development of events and monthly programming design. * Preparation of planning and post-event performance reports. * Scheduling and coordination of operational department or tenant support. * Event scouting and prospecting, including agreement establishment and relationship building with the shopping center. * Continuous supplier and talent follow-up. * Support in managing the shopping center’s digital media channels. * Coordination and support with internal departments for setup and dismantling activities. Offer: * Statutory benefits effective from Day 1. * Direct employment / 100% IMSS contributions. * Competitive salary range based on experience / bi-weekly payroll (MXN 18,000 gross monthly). * On-site working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–15:00 hrs; Sundays as needed to cover event-related duties, with compensatory time off scheduled during the week. * Location: Plaza Cibeles Shopping Center, Irapuato, Guanajuato.
