### **Leading company providing specialized textile rental and laundry solutions** ### **Hiring: DATA ENTRY CLERK** **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma, technical degree, incomplete degree, or current student * 1 year of experience handling large daily data entry volumes * Basic technical knowledge: inventory, warehouse, administration, Excel, data entry * SAP (preferred) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Enter into SAP all inventory movements—including receipts, issuances, transfers, adjustments, increases, withdrawals, installations, loans, and sales order generation—to maintain accurate and reliable customer stock records in the system * Perform system-related actions for audits during collection to keep production warehouse stock updated regarding unidentified losses * Revalue inventory according to charges posted to the freight bridge account and import costs to ensure up-to-date direct item pricing in SAP * Deliver and report inventory losses to clients for invoicing and collection * Comply with quality management system guidelines within your area of responsibility **WE OFFER:** ### **Our monthly salary offer is $9,360 before taxes** * \*Food vouchers equaling 7% of assigned salary \= $655 per month (Redeemable Voucher Card)\* * Annual bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary * + ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of first year (100% vacation premium) * Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) * Major medical insurance for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 * Savings fund (available once staffing threshold is met) * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) * Annual profit-sharing **Rotating Shifts:** * Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Sunday off
