Professional development and job stability **Plant Internal Auditor** **Location:** Celaya, Guanajuato (On-site) **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description** We are looking for a **Plant Internal Auditor** with solid experience to join our team with an analytical, strategic, and operationally focused profile, capable of strengthening internal processes and ensuring compliance with operational, financial, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal audits in operational areas such as production, logistics, and procurement. * Evaluate internal controls, processes, and procedures to identify risks and improvement opportunities. * Prepare audit reports containing findings, recommendations, and follow-up on action plans. * Follow up on compliance with previous audits and continuous improvement. * Monitor operational indicators and generate daily reports. * Verify compliance with organizational regulations and best practices. * Collaborate with operational and financial departments for comprehensive analysis. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, and BPM standards. * Promote compliance with safety and hygiene standards within the plant. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Preferred specialization in auditing, internal control, compliance, or corporate governance. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Internal auditing and COSO methodology * ERP SAP or similar systems * Finance, accounting, and operational/financial KPIs * Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Data handling and analysis (ACL preferred). **Competencies:** * Analytical ability and strategic vision * Decision-making * Effective communication * Risk management * Planning and organization * Leadership and interpersonal skills * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality * Ability to work under pressure and results-oriented **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Professional development * Job stability Interested candidates are invited to apply through this channel, attaching an updated CV.
