The Industrialization team project manages all of the new programs around the globe, project proposals, cost savings ideas, milestone reviews and much more. You would be responsible for your projects and programs, with report\-outs up to senior levels of management at milestone checkpoints. This specific role is leading Flash Power Unit work either primarily or partially associated with the Irapuato Electrified Product Center. As an Industrialization Engineer in the EV transmission group, your responsibilities will include the items below. Please note that this specific position is open to Ford of Mexico applicants only, and is partially associated with the Irapuato Electrified Product Center, but won’t be completely focused on product produced there. * Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters * Lead milestone assessments, report\-outs (to Director level), and papers to ensure on\-time approvals * Engage in new business proposals \& business cases * Develop \& maintain project schedules * Lead or support TPMT (Transmission Product Management Team) for responsible commodities * Act as transmission lead/SPOC in Program PMT meeting * Collect and enter Integrator assessments * Provide Finance team support * Coordinate with Team of Four groups and work with Purchasing to ensure we are on track for delivery * Drive FMA process to ensure we are on track for delivery to milestones * Write DRPs and drive for approvals * Manage BOM/FEDE\-BOM * Support WERS release
