Allocation and supervision of sales quotas among the work team. Supervision of personnel under supervision (leadership). Problem resolution, working under pressure. Promotion of teamwork. Design and implementation of sales strategies. Customer portfolio administration. Ensure and verify that supervised personnel provide personalized attention to each customer.
