**G100, National leading developer in planning and development, is looking for:** **QUALITY COORDINATOR IN CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECTS** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request and collect executive project information for analysis, monitoring, and evaluation of processes at each stage. * Coordinate, verify, and validate the proper operation of processes and/or procedures. * Coordinate, verify, and validate timely delivery to after-sales service. * Monitor change orders for construction processes. * Control documents within the Quality Management System. * Review and approve material and/or product specifications for continuous improvement. * Implement continuous process improvement for resource optimization. * Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of process areas. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 30 to 45 years * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * 2 years of experience in similar positions * Experience in all disciplines of building installations for residential construction. * Knowledge of construction materials * Proficiency in Office 365 and computer equipment. **SOFT SKILLS** * Punctuality * Responsibility * Order and cleanliness * Analytical skills * Teamwork * Analysis and observation * Communication **WE OFFER:** * 100% IMSS contribution. * Monthly salary $33,440 gross * Opportunities for growth and development. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays. * Residence in Irapuato Job type: Full-time Salary: $33,400.00 - $33,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite contract Work location: On-site
