Job Summary: BÁSICOS is seeking a Transportation Instructor for 3.5-ton vans, responsible for training operators on traffic regulations, technical driving, and road safety. Key Highlights: 1. WE ARE HIRING A TRANSPORTATION INSTRUCTOR FOR 3.5-TON VANS! Responsibilities: Training internal instructors on traffic regulations, economical technical driving, defensive driving, road safety, personnel transportation, vehicle inspections, and federal regulations. Providing continuity support to CECAP operators on assigned distribution routes during their first 90 days—the learning curve period. Delivering theoretical and practical training on vehicle operation and knowledge to instructors. Developing strategies to optimize CECAP operator training periods. Ensuring operators acquire the necessary skills to operate van-type vehicles. Leading objective, consistent, and documented evaluations with the team to provide monthly performance ratings. PROFILE: Ability to operate heavy vehicles (3.5-ton van). Teamwork capability.
