Consultation and analysis of problems using statistical tools Vegusa Salamanca is looking for a Quality Process Administrator! · Main Responsibilities: Implement the Total Quality Management system and facilitate compliance with comprehensive certification, supported by Management and Department Heads Conduct time-and-motion studies aimed at improving processes in operational areas (productivity, efficiency, cost, time, etc.) Provide personalized consultation to process owners at the distributor. Analyze and resolve problems using various statistical tools based on the PDCA methodology Measure and control performance indicators. · Experience: Improvement projects (5S, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, kaizen) Execution of quality systems Interdepartmental relationship management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field Knowledge of ISO standards and internal audits. Intermediate English Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (two-hour lunch break). Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Work Location: Blvd. Faja de Oro 2304, Col.
