Field Sales Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced field sales representative with vehicle operation expertise and strong prospecting and closing skills, responsible for visiting customers to sell and display products. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience operating 3.5-ton vehicles 2. Ability to sell, display, and rotate inventory 3. Capability to prospect and open new sales points Job Profile: * Education: High school diploma. * Minimum verifiable experience operating 3.5-ton vehicles. * Valid Class C driver's license. * Proficiency in using Hand Held devices for order capture, pre-sales, and/or onboard sales. * Minimum 2 years of field sales experience. * Experience in cash reconciliation and cash handling. * Strong verbal communication skills, persistence, and ability to close sales. * Work under daily and monthly performance objectives. * Flexible schedule to comply with operational route requirements. Job Responsibilities: 1\. Daily customer visits according to route sheet (selling cooking oil, vegetable grease, and soap). 2\. Sales activities, product display, and inventory rotation. 3\. Market expansion (prospecting new sales points). 4\. Safe operation of the transport vehicle and proper care of work tools.
