Position: Cosmetologist / Spa Therapist Type: Full-time Area: Facial and body treatments, relaxing therapies, and aesthetic equipment-based treatments Key Responsibilities: * Perform facial and body treatments according to Aura Spa & Studio protocols. * Safely and professionally apply manual techniques and aesthetic equipment. * Prepare treatment room and materials before and after each service. * Provide warm, personalized, and professional attention to each client. * Advise clients on skincare routines and recommended products (ethical sales). * Ensure hygiene, order, and a relaxing atmosphere at all times. * Participate in internal trainings and ongoing professional development. * General support in studio and spa operations * Distribution of flyers and collaboration in campaigns to attract new clients Requirements: * Certification or diploma in cosmetology, aesthetics, spa therapies, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in facial and body treatments and massage. * Knowledge of aesthetic equipment (ultrasound, radiofrequency, vacuum therapy, among others). * Ability to connect with clients and deliver a relaxing experience. * Punctuality, commitment, and proactive attitude. * Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
