You will be the primary liaison ensuring smooth communication to resolve our customers’ concerns. **Customer Service** **What will you do?** * Sales support. * Direct assistance providing guidance on the use of mobile devices. * Follow-up with customers via WhatsApp and email regarding their equipment repairs. * Receiving equipment for repair dispatch. **What do you need to apply?** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of and interest in telephony. * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. * Availability of time. **What do we offer?** * **Base salary:** $12,000 net + bonuses up to $5,000 monthly. * **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with one weekday rest day (rotating shift). * **Statutory benefits:** social security, 15-day year-end bonus, legally mandated vacation days, vacation premium. * **Professional development-oriented environment.** * **Location:** Galerías Valle Oriente.
