Join the #1 automotive brand globally in innovation and performance! * Key Responsibilities: \- Support the Accounts Payable Officer in carrying out job-related tasks. \- Record supplier invoices, service invoices, credit notes, and other related documents. \- Assist in controlling and managing petty cash. \- Support the execution of payments to suppliers or service providers. \- Confirm deposits from various branches. \- Perform bank reconciliations. \- Generate supplier payment reports. **Required Knowledge:** * **CFDI 4\.0, XML, tax validation**. * Accounting vouchers, reconciliations, and aging analysis of balances. * ERP system experience (CONTPAQi, SAE, SAP, Adminpaq, or similar). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Competencies:** * Organization, analysis, follow-up, and control. * Professional communication and negotiation. * Working under pressure and meeting closing deadlines. **Experience:** 1–2 years in accounts payable or accounting. **Education:** Technical degree, TSU, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or Finance.
